Gift Box SVG Template

Square gift box SVG template for Cricut and similar cutting machines - also possible to cut by hand. Comes in SVG, DXF, EPS and PNG formats. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD to make a simple square gift box with separate base and lid.

The gift box template will make one small square gift box with contrast inserts inside for a pop of colour. You will need to supply your own cardstock and other materials, including ribbon if required. Choose your own colour cardstock to change up the design to suit the recipient.

Ideal for gifting or as a presentation box for your products (for example, jewelry). I've designed the gift box template to be of sturdy construction with thick sides and good solid corners. Contrast-coloured inserts in the base and lid give a luxury look and quality feel to make your gift feel extra special - finish off with some pretty ribbon for the finishing touch (not included).

Using the box template SVG as-is in Cricut, you will be able to make a gift box that's approximately 8 x 8 x 2 cm (around 3.15 x 3.15 x 0.79 inches) and cuts out onto A4 or Letter-sized cardstock (three sheets). You can, of course, resize the file to suit - it will work best for a fairly small to medium-sized box.

You will need to use a cutting machine to cut and score the design (you could also do this manually, without a machine).

Your results with the files will depend on the type of materials you choose to craft with, your machine, the sharpness of your blade etc. The designs are intricate in nature so may not be well suited to very small-sized projects.
